How to Claim

Claiming for your free gift(s) can be done in a few simple steps.

1. Make a qualifying purchase at UK Planet Tools.

2. Wait for your delivery and keep a copy of your invoice.

3. Head over to https://www.metabo.com/uk/en/info/news/specials/battery-redemption-offers-2022/ and scroll down to the Redemption Offers Form.

4. Fill in your details.

5. Upload your invoice and photos of your machines / batteries' rating plates as proof of purchase.

6. Register your claim & wait to receive your free gift(s)!

Terms & Conditions

This redemption offer is subject to terms & conditions. Please read them carefully to ensure you are eligible for a gift before attempting to make a claim:

• You must be a trade or retail customer over 18 years old and have made a qualifying purchase from UK Planet Tools or any other authorised UK/ROI Metabo seller/dealer

• Free delivery for this redemption is only applicable for those within UK/ROI

• Applications for redemption products delivered outside the UK or ROI will not be accepted in the offer

• Claims must be processed by the customer (that's you) and NOT the retailer/seller (so, we can't do it for you, sorry!) Any claim made by the retailer will be rejected without notification

• This offer is only valid on Metabo 18V cordless tools, including Twin 18V machines (36V), 18V basic sets, 18V body only tools, 18V batteries and chargers. Standalone 36V is excluded from this offer

• Metabo must be notified if a qualifying purchase is cancelled or returned within 30 days of delivery

• Free gifts must be returned to Metabo if initial order to meet spend threshold is cancelled or returned

• Products MUST be purchased within promotional period 01/04/2023 - 30/06/2023 with no exceptions

• Redemption claims must be received by Metabo within 28 days of invoice. Only one redemption can be made per transaction

• Purchases cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer

Check that all the following apply and you're good to go with your claim:

• You are a UK Planet Tools customer

• You are based in the UK/ROI and have a UK/ROI delivery address

• You are claiming with a single transaction made at UK Planet Tools

• You have a copy of your itemised VAT tax invoice for proof or purchase (email confirmations or delivery notes cannot be accepted)

• You have the capability to take a photo of your purchases

• You can ensure that someone is home to accept the delivery during business hours and are aware that Metabo takes no responsibility for lost, misdirected or misplaced deliveries due to an incorrectly provided address and/or absence to sign for delivery
