Everyone loves a free gift, that's why at UK Planet Tools, we offer free gifts to all customers who make a purchase of £50 or more.

In fact, there are 2 levels to our free gift deals:

The first is spending £50 or more for a free gift as mentioned,
and the second is offered when you spend £100 or more, where you will expect to receive an item worth more in value than the first level deal.

However, like all good things in life, the deals are subject to terms and conditions. To understand them in depth, we've outlined everything you need to know below. Be sure to read them before you make your purchase.

What do you get in the deal?

Before you partake in our deal, you'll probably want to know what you get when you spend all that money in our online shop. However, we hate to say it but we've no specific answer to this question, as the gifts vary from time to time, changing on a regular basis (sorry!)

BUT we can tell you that you can expect handy gifts from your favourite brands, including WellCut, TOUGH MASTER and more.

How to claim

Claiming is super easy and can be done in three easy steps:

Make a purchase that is worth £50 (incl. VAT) or more for a first-level gift, or £100 or more for a second-level one.
The gift will show in your basket at a lovely balance of £0.00.
Make your purchase!

It should be as simple as that, but if you've any questions or encounter any errors with your free gift appearing in your basket, please do not hesitate to contact Customer Services.

Terms & Conditions

Now, for the boring (but important!) bit, where we show you what the terms and conditions are for this deal. Please read every bullet point carefully before getting in touch, should you have any questions.

To be eligible, you must meet the following criteria:

You must be a UK Planet Tools customer. Purchases made from our shop on Amazon or eBay will not be accepted.
You must have a UK/ROI delivery address.
You must claim with a single transaction.

What's more, claiming your free gift is subject to these conditions:

If you're after a particular free gift, it must be bought within the timeframe (not specified) that it is available as part of the deal. Please check with Customer Services if you are unsure. We are entitled to amend what can be claimed at any moment.
If you cancel the order or part of the order that takes the total below £100 or £50 before delivery, depending on the gift level, it will void your eligibility for that particular free gift.
If you cancel the order or part of the order and it takes your order below £100 but over £50 and you have received a 2nd level (£100+) gift, you are entitled to exchange this gift for a 1st level one (£50-£99.99). You must return 1st level gifts if no longer eligible.
If you cancel the order and it has already been dispatched, or if you encounter an issue with an item(s) after delivery, all items, including your free gift, must be returned to us for a full refund of the amount you paid, unless the value of the item to be returned keeps your total over £50 or £100 (incl. VAT), depending on the level of gift.
If you fail to return the free gift with your item(s) that take the total below £50 or £100 and void your eligibility for a free gift, the gift's value (or any value listed for the product at the time of purchase) will be deducted from your refund.
You or someone at the specified delivery address must accept the delivery from the courier (usually during business hours). If a delivery is not accepted several times, your items – including your free gift – will be returned and the total you paid refunded.

Delivery charges

We offer free delivery on all orders worth £30 or more (incl. VAT), meaning your delivery to Mainland UK addresses will be completely free if you are partaking in this deal (hooray!)

We'll use a trusted next-day delivery courier, so you can find peace of mind in the knowledge that we will get your goods to you as soon as possible. However, if you're one of the rare few who do encounter a problem, please contact us to rectify it and we'll resolve it together with our delivery partners.
